Clients who participate
in our programs learn valuable life skills that can be applied to
achieve both their residential, and vocational goals. Clients are
taught methods and processes that would be used in any job within
the community. Through training in our Amigos store, clients work
on merchandizing, pricing and cash skills. Clients also learn reception
skills as well as how to interact with the public.
Clients are also trained
in all aspects of cleaning and janitorial skills and are taught
methods and processes that would be used in any job within the community.
Lawn care is also a part of our training skills and community members
and businesses hire our clients throughout the spring and summer
months. During the winter months our clients have shoveled snow

Hiring someone through our support
employment program provides the employer and employee with ongoing job
coaching services and follow up.
